Meet Coach Sean Burke
I started riding bikes in the mid 90s, but didn't get serious about it until my last year of college. I got my first nice mountain bike in 1997, the same year I graduated with my BS in Nutrition, and found myself racing it 2 weeks later. I was instantly hooked. As I began reading more and more about training and decided to get my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I began coaching in 2001 as a way to earn extra money while attending graduated school, and in 2003, I decided to make coaching my full time work. I love my work. I enjoy helping people meet their goals and I feel like I have the best job in the world. In addition to coaching I teach exercise science, fitness, and nutrition classes at the local colleges. I have raced mountain bikes, road bikes, and track bikes, but these day I mostly just stick to the road and the track on race day. Use the form below if you would like to be contacted about coaching.
