 I coach riders right here in  San Diego area, and all across the country.   Whether you are  an experienced racer or completely new to the sport, a personalized  program can and will help you perform at your best. Coaching programs and fitness testing  are available for riders and racer of all levels.  Your training plan is  based on your personal goals, talents, and time. While I do work with a few "elite", or near elite lever riders, my Coaching clients are primarily regular people.  People with day jobs and other off the bike commitments.  One of the things I  can help  you do is to work your training around your  regular life and every day commitments Training plans are administered on line so you can access your training plan from virtually anywhere at any time.   I am also available for  individual and group training sessions on the road, trail, or velodrome
